Caron, is Marni's executive assistant as well as her right and left hand! Caron worked in the real estate market for 28 years and retired in 2000. During her 28 years, Caron proved herself at every company she worked for as a multi-million dollar producer, as well as top agent, winning numerous awards. Caron is involved with all transactions to offer assistance to every customer and client throughout the buying and/or selling experience. Jaime Kelce is the owner and operator of HighShot Aerial Photography. With Jaime's innovative radio-controlled system, he has made aerial photography affordable. Aerial photography doesn't have to be only for the million dollar properties! Not to be mistaken for satellite photography (looking at a home's roof), Jaime's work is close range, allowing the buyer to see not only the home, but the surrounding area; by giving a bird's eye view of property. Residential Inspectors-Ken Sather and Mark Walters.  We highly recommend having a home inspection done prior to putting your home on the market.  It can reveal things about your home you may not be aware of and help us determine which items need to be taken care of before they become issues on an inspection objection.

Title work:  Katie Ritter is our Transaction coordinator; she is fully aware of your transaction from beginning to end and keeps track of all details and dates per the contract.  Jodi Vanderhill-Smith is responsible for all Title work and communicates all closing documents to both parties in the transaction.

Home Warranty:  Shelly Winslof is our representative for home warranty issues, claims, and concerns.
